Make a request by email.
Email info@smart-businesssolutions.com with “Smart Meal Shelf data rights request” in the subject. Use the email address connected to your account where possible. We may ask for proportionate information to verify identity; never send a password or card details.
Your rights
- Access: ask whether we process your personal data and request a copy.
- Rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Erasure: ask us to delete personal data where the UK GDPR applies. This right is not absolute; see Data Deletion.
- Restriction: ask us to limit particular processing while a concern is reviewed.
- Data portability: ask for certain data you supplied in a portable format where the right applies.
- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing. We do not currently operate Smart Meal Shelf direct marketing or advertising, but an objection to direct marketing will always be respected.
- Withdraw consent: where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it. This does not affect processing before withdrawal.
How we handle requests
We normally respond within one month. If a request is complex or numerous, the law may allow additional time; if so, we will tell you why and when to expect a response. We may refuse or charge only where the law permits, and will explain our position.
